This course is for serious spiritual seekers with an open mind and curious spirit who would like to expand their consciousness while experimenting with various techniques. The course will be taught in an interactive style with emphasis on direct experience rather than theory or intellectualization. You will try out practices such as mantra chanting, phosphenism, automatic writing, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, shamanic journeying, personality tests, psychic development exercises, visualization, trataka, yoga nidra, koan, drumming, and others. New seekers are welcome.
